How far in advance can I reserve a Unit? We do not reserve units. Our units are on a first come first serve basis.
Do I have to sign a lease or can I rent a unit on a month-to- month basis? Our leases are on a month to month basis and do require a signature upon renting.
What notice do you require before I move out? We require a 10 day notice via online or by phone. You may call the office on the day you clean out, sweep out and remove your personal lock from your unit. Keep in mind, we prorate going in but DO NOT prorate going out. If you have recurring billing your payment will be automatically taken from your account on the 1st of every month until stopped.
What are the days and hours that I may access my storage unit? 24 hours, 7 days a week
What are the office hours? We answer phones 7 days a week, and most of your storage needs can be accessed online. Office hours are posted on each facilities page.
Do you require insurance on the contents of my storage unit? No but if you do not take insurance you store at your own risk.
What documents do I need to provide so that I may rent a storage unit? Drivers License
Can I rent a storage unit over the phone or do I need to visit the facility in person? You may rent by an appointment if you would like to see space first or you may rent on line or by phone. Our office hours are listed below.
Will I receive a monthly "bill"? You will only receive a monthly invoice by e-mail or by text. We do not mail invoices.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash, checks, Visa, Master Card or Discover
When is my rental fee due? Your rent is due the 1st of every month. After the 5th is considered late and you are locked out of gate, payment after the 10th will be accessed a late fee.
What may I store? Pretty much anything with the exception of any flammable objects, pet and human food.
Do I need to provide my own lock? Yes, cylinder locks preferred especially if you take insurance . You sell the best locks on the market at a low discounted rate.
May I allow friends or relatives to access my unit? You may share your keys with whomever but we take no responsibility. What if I or one of my guests damages my unit or another building or fixture on the property?
